MEANING items we sale are mostly used, sometimes never used, sometimes for parts only.
Used items will have typical wear from age and use.
Most of our items are untested.
These items are sold AS FOUND and may be faulty.
If items are untested, we do not have on hand batteries, telephone jacks, power cords or adapters, light bulbs, etc. . . to do so.
CONDITION identified for the item represents our good faith opinion of the condition of the item, based upon a visual inspection of the item.
We describe things to the best of our ability.
Never used items usually will be in original packaging and/or have tags.
Most of the time original packaging will have some shelf wear.
PART data, prices, etc. . .
are subject to change and we reserve the right to adjust/correct or cancel product information or orders containing incorrect information.
PAYMENT, shipping and handling
If you have a preferred payment method that is not listed in any of our for sale items or auction listings, please let me know and I will let you know if it is an option or not.
HANDLING time is five (5) business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
WE CAN SHIP to virtually any address in the world.
Customers outside continental US 48 states, please contact me for shipping quote if it is not an option in any of the items listed in an auction or for sale.
Estimated delivery is 5 days from pickup - Unless extra fees are paid.
Expedited shipping is available.
If there is something you need as soon as possible, please let us know.
LOCAL PICKUP or delivery is available.

Delivery - small negotiable fee will be charged.

If your book order is heavy or over-sized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
Magazines and newspapers cannot be shipped via USPS Media Class.

Shipping items weighing less than 70 pounds.

Item(s)/package - length plus girth is over 84 inches, and less than or equal to 165 inches.
Irregular Item(s)/package - that cannot be sorted with mail processing equipment because of its size, shape, and/or content.

Item(s)/package - length plus girth between 130 inches and 165 inches.
Irregular Item(s)/package - that cannot be sorted with mail processing equipment because of its size, shape, and/or content.
Local pickup or delivery only, unless buyer makes shipping arrangements.
Shipping unusual or extra large items that cannot be shipped via any options listed above.
UPS or Fed Ex does not pickup or deliver on Saturday or Sundays.
UPS or Fed Ex will not ship to a P.O. Box, please include your physical address as the ship-to address for fast delivery.

RETURN policy
Item(s) that are lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller.
Item(s) that are damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible.
If you are not happy with item received or you received wrong item, please contact us immediately.
If you are purchasing an automotive part, please check with your dealer to assure it will fit your vehicle.
WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF A PART DOES NOT FIT YOUR VEHICLE!
If you purchase more than one item, we will ship them together unless you send us a message asking us to do otherwise.
We will refund any extra shipping you have paid if items can be packaged together.
Shipping refunds and return postage can be provided when the problem is due to our error, but we are otherwise unable to reimburse any shipping/postage costs.
Return part to us in same condition that we sent it to you in within 30 days after you receive it and we will refund your money back to you.
Please contact us first before sending part back.
I may not even want the part back (just recycle or ???).
All depends on if its worth the extra postage or not to send it back.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
No refunds for international sales, unless you receive wrong item (not as described or pictured).
TAXES
Sales tax on your order is calculated according to the destination of the merchandise, since states have individual tax laws.
Our business doesn't benefit from the collection of sales/use tax and we remit collected tax directly to the taxing jurisdiction.
We are required to collect tax on any order sent to states where we operate a retail business.
There is no sales tax on orders delivered to AK, DC, DE, HI, MT, NH, OR ,RI and WV.
State sales tax is charged on total merchandise (excluding some clothing and footwear) for orders delivered to: IA, ID, MA, MN, NJ, OK, UT and WY.
